H2 Beauty’s LLC Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
We require at least 12 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Exceptions may be made for severe emergencies such as a recent death, serious illness, or car accident. We understand that life happens, and we ask for open communication so we can accommodate you while also respecting the time of other guests.
